Copilot Studio

Microsoft Copilot Studio is the enterprise platform for building custom AI copilots. Its low-code canvas lets business users create copilots that access company data through Power Platform connectors, Dataverse, and SharePoint. MCP extends this with access to external tool servers, so your enterprise copilot can query systems outside the Microsoft ecosystem.

Enterprise Copilots That Reach Beyond Microsoft

Copilot Studio excels inside the Microsoft ecosystem — Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power BI. MCP opens the door to everything else. Connect your non-Microsoft systems (monitoring, CRM, custom APIs) so your enterprise copilot can answer questions across the entire technology stack.

The low-code canvas means IT teams build copilot logic visually. Business rules, fallback paths, and escalation flows drag-and-drop into place. MCP tools appear as actions in this canvas, callable at any step.

Enterprise features:

  • Low-code canvas — visual copilot builder for business users
  • Teams deployment — publish copilots directly to Microsoft Teams
  • Power Platform — 1,000+ connectors (SharePoint, Dynamics, SAP, etc.)
  • Generative AI — GPT-powered responses with knowledge grounding
  • Multi-channel — web, Teams, mobile, and custom channels
  • DLP policies — data loss prevention and compliance controls
  • Analytics — usage metrics and conversation quality tracking
